Karstnet
Karstnet is a python 3 package for the statistical analysis of the geometry and topology of karstic networks. It considers a network of karstic conduits as a graph (an ensemble of nodes and edges).
The package is a work in progress. Karstnet slowly expands to include several features including plausibility test, additional input/output interfaces, data base of network data, etc. Please contact us (see below) if you need further information.

The karstnet package implements the statistical metrics that were investigated and discussed in: Collon, P., Bernasconi D., Vuilleumier C., and Renard P., 2017, Statistical metrics for the characterization of karst network geometry and topology.
